The company’s objectives are:

1. the import, export and transit of goods and animals of any nature whatsoever, to exercise all trade activities, both for the account of the company as well as for the account of third parties and to manage agencies, all in widest sense of the word and insofar as is legally permitted;

2. to store, trade and distribute the goods mentioned in section 1 of this article;

3. to provide expedition services in relation to import, export and transit trade of goods, animal and passenger luggage, more specifically relating to customs formalities;

4. to transport goods, animals and persons to national and international destinations by land, air and water for a fee, in the widest sense of the word, insofar as is legally permitted;

5. to purchase, sell, lease and rent vehicles, aircrafts and vessels with relevant services of maintenance of aforementioned means of transportation, all for the benefit of the transport of the goods and animals mentioned in section 1 of this Article as well as of persons;

6. to set up and exploit airports and harbors for the benefit of the transport of the goods and animals mentioned in section 1 of this Article as well as of persons;

7. to render services in the logistics, operational and technical field in aviation and shipping in relation to airports and harbors;

8. to exploit the business of expedition, distribution and transport as well as of booking offices in connection with the goods and animals mentioned in section 1 of this Article as well as for the benefit of persons.
